How Does Trauma Therapy Actually Happen?

Trauma Therapy involves focusing on 3 phases of treatment. When you understand this, you can choose to go through all 3 phases, or just engage in Phase 1 if preferred. Discuss your preference with Shelley

Phase 1: Understanding the symptoms, experiences, triggers, and how to cope. 

Phase 2: Processing the traumatic experience. This helps to resolve the emotional and physical "charge" that you experience every time you recall the event or relive it. It helps you reduce the suffering effectively with restoring balance in the mind body energy systems with EFT Tapping.

Phase 3: Reconnecting in your community, and repairing relationships that matter to you. You will feel less isolated and alone.
