Clinical Supervision & Consultation Services

Ongoing learning, self-reflection, and skill building is part of continually enhancing our service delivery. Self-care as a therapist is a required part of this journey to preventing burnout as a helper and healer.

Shelley is an Educator, Speaker, Social Worker, and Clinical Supervisor.

We can all learn something new. Investing in ourselves is a priority for clinical skill growth…

Are you feeling stressed out at work, and find yourself falling into toxic work patterns, or workplace dynamics? Maybe you work in private practice, and are struggling with the business side of running your clinical practice. That’s ok too, as an experienced business owner with a private practice I have expertise and ideas about how to strengthen and organize our business details to support our ability to focus on what matters most: the clinical side of the practice.

Stress in the workplace is real, and a valid experience that can negatively impact your wellbeing. Contributing to increased illness, and overall stress in your life.

Curious to learn more about how you can reduce workplace stress.... I personally invite you to read more about the services offered below.

We are always learning. It’s part of being human first, before the professional.

We carry others forward in their lives, and it’s a reminder that we need to carry ourselves forward too. Clinical consultation, clinical supervision, and our own therapy supports us to do this. Business owners including therapists in private practice have a team of supports helping them to sustain ongoing SUCCESS as they define it. Who is part of your success team?

Counselling-Shelley Restall
Shelley Restall

I provide Psychotherapists and Social Workers clinical supervision and mentorship support with their business growth.

As a Registered Social Worker who has practiced in the field, across a variety of areas including mental health, addictions, trauma expertise, medical social work, eating disorders, and supervising other clinicians I have many resources and ideas. I love to work with folks through supervision in a collaborative, flexible, and accountable approach to support therapists with providing the best evidenced based treatment, and ensuring they are aware of their own "sticking blind spots" in their delivery of counselling or psychotherapy.

Workplace Wellness Workshops Now Offered

Workplace relationship dynamics, workplace culture, and work flow demands all impact our mental health and physical wellbeing. Research has shown positive effects in increasing work flow productivity, while decreasing stress by integrating mindfulness practices into daily work routines for all of us.

After a decade of working in high stress, social service jobs with high productivity demands, I realized there was more to work days then just feeling like you are pushing people through a line up of drive through counselling services. This got me motivated to evaluate how can I help others learn tips and strategies to help themselves feel more mindfully present, enjoying their work, and more creative in the work day. This led me to developing and trialing workplace wellness workshops.

Workplace Wellness Workshops can be tailored and customized to fit your individual needs. Each workplace has a unique set of challenges, strengths, and people, therefore one size or set of protocols never fits. Curious to learn more, send me an email inquiry and we can schedule a meeting to discuss what you are experiencing and how I can help!
